Tip #2

In order to stay motivated, you want to keep track of your progress. Take photos of yourself before you start. If you feel shy, use a personal camera. Keep these photos safe and stored, and ensure you take photos weekly, fornightly, or however you like.

Also, start to follow fitness pages and look at progression shots of personal trainers, models and even progression shots of others that train. Use these as motivation to help keep you inspired and wanting to train.

However, you need to want to train for yourself. You need to feel happy with the way you look because if you aren't happy, then it doesn't matter who is, as you're the one stuck with it day and night.

As a final note, you need to get your head in the zone. You need to want it for you. If you do it for someone else, you won't work as hard and eventually you'll stop. Set goals, keep track of progress, and most importantly, train hard!
